Return Policy

At Graffitee LLC we want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. We understand ordering clothing online can be hard because some items may fit differently than expected. We try to make the return process as hassle free as possible. 
❤️Please inspect your order immediately. If you feel an item is damaged or defective you MUST contact me within 2 days of receiving your order. No exceptions.
💜Unworn and Unwashed items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt (tracking information will verify delivery date).
💙Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
💚Store credit will be issued via email. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
💛Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
🧡NO refunds, exchanges, or credits on clearance items.
💜Graffitee LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Tracking will provided upon shipment.
